Active Aging One Minute Pushup Challenge for Ages 55+

 

How many pushups can you do in one minute? 

The Active Aging Pushup Challenge is for people ages 55+ who want to expand and push their limits. 

  • Make sure to have a timer with you, either on your phone or some other device. 
  • Make sure your back is straight and use the best form possible.  If you have any injuries that limit mobility, that's ok.  Just make sure you stop if you feel any pain.

Who is this challenge for?

This challenge is for people 55+.  Anyone can participate, of course.  This is a personal challenge, so don't worry about how many pushups you can do.  Just get after it!

You can also submit your challenge to inspire others in our Facebook Group.  Anybody is free to join.  We have more active aging challenges that you can do, as well.

How to submit your video to our record holders? 

Submitting your video to get on our record-holder's list is easy.  Just submit your video to our Facebook group.  Every video is reviewed!  We will contact you via your Facebook messenger directly to your Facebook profile if you got on the leader board. 

Record holders who have the #1 position for their age get bragging rights with their video permanently atop their age class as long as they have our top spot.
